We require a flat space of  14×14 ft to safely install the dome and allow room around it. The area should be clear of obstacles such as furniture, trees, or garden structures. Grass, patios, and decking are usually suitable as long as the surface is level.

Yes. We handle the full setup and collection so you don’t need to worry about anything.

Setup usually takes 60-90 minutes depending on the package and decorations.

Capacity depends on the package and layout. Most setups comfortably accommodate around 6–10 people, depending on the furniture and theme included.

Yes, our domes are designed to handle all weather conditions, including rain. However, for safety reasons the domes cannot remain installed if wind speeds exceed 40mph. In the very rare event that weather becomes unsafe, we may need to return and safely dismantle the dome. If this happens, we will arrange a suitable refund or rebooking.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted inside the dome. This is to prevent potential damage to the furnishings and decorations, as well as to avoid any mess that could affect the experience for future customers.

Yes, a heater is provided as standard throughout the year to keep the dome warm and comfortable. During the summer months it is not included automatically but can be provided on request if needed.

Bookings are for 24-hour periods. If you would like the dome for longer, consecutive 24-hour periods can be arranged. If you don’t need the full 24 hours, early collection can also be arranged subject to the availability of our team.

Yes, the dome requires mains power from either an indoor or outdoor plug socket. Extension leads are provided with every booking to help reach the setup area in your garden.
